These terms govern your use of UGCSignal. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. A full version is being finalised — reach out with any questions in the meantime.
Acceptable use
You agree to use UGCSignal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not reverse-engineer the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the service to violate any third party’s rights, including the intellectual property and privacy rights of the creators whose public metrics we surface.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@ugcsignal.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cadence. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial periods are issued at our discretion.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and posted to this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
